These terms summarize the purchasing choices presented during Toro checkout. The final order, approved scope, and signed service agreement control the engagement.
Own My Website
After required one-time payments clear, the customer owns the completed website as delivered, subject to third-party licenses. The customer always retains their domain, logo, original content, provided media, and customer data. Without active Toro Care, ongoing hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, edits, and support are the customer’s responsibility.
Toro Flex
Toro Flex is a managed website subscription. Toro owns and manages the website design, code, structure, and hosting environment while service is active. If service ends, the website may be unpublished at the end of the paid billing period. Customer-owned business materials remain the customer’s property. Design and code do not automatically transfer; a buyout or migration may be quoted separately.
Billing and scope
Recurring charges, agreement length, renewal timing, and amount due today are disclosed before payment. A 12-month agreement remains a 12-month commitment even when paid monthly. Custom-quote items are not included in the checkout total until Toro confirms the scope and the customer approves additional pricing.
Third-party services
Domains, premium software, payment processing, email, SMS, AI usage, and external platforms may require separate charges. New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, and integrations are new project work unless the approved order states otherwise.
