Your business materials deserve professional care.
Toro collects contact, business, project, order, and onboarding information needed to prepare, deliver, support, and bill for services. Raw card numbers are entered only with the approved payment provider and are not stored by Toro.
Project materials
Customer uploads are stored in private project storage and are used to build or support the customer’s project. Supported file types and sizes are restricted. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, protected health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Service providers
Toro may use hosting, payment, email, analytics, file-storage, and business-software providers to deliver services. Only information reasonably needed for each service should be shared.
Analytics
Pricing-funnel analytics may record package, path, billing, promotion, and upgrade IDs. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, and payment data are not intentionally sent as analytics events.
Requests
Contact Toro Web Studio to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal, accounting, security, and contractual retention requirements.
